The social realities facing millennial and Gen Z boys/men are remarkably different than those of their fathers and grandfathers. Sometimes it seems that we expect them to "just get over it" or make themselves more "marketable" or stay off line. Simple answers may be correct in general, but they don't seem to be all that helpful. I think this issue is critical to the health of the nation.
