Case in point— Pointing to Jean E Carroll - who is still waiting, I believe, for $5m +, for him to pay up which I don’t think he has yet. She has fought in court for YEARS to hold him accountable- and won. He SA’d her- So yeah….itll probably take years to resolve the legal fees…. Not to mention- it probably will be MORE legal fees spent as they persue getting him to pay. Such an evil con-man who deserves solitary confinement until the end of his days for all he has done. I’m very encouraged by this judges ruling- I love it!
If they're going to go for legal fees reserve funds need to be secured in advance and held in in a non-interest-bearing account by the Court. Otherwise defendants will never see a dime. If for some reason fees aren't awarded to the defendants, he can receive a refund of any remaining principle deposit.

E. Jean Carroll finally received 5.5 million from a court escrow account, but he owes for another case for over 80 million in defamation.
