I don’t think he’s “maga”, but I have found several of his comments disturbing, especially about women’s rights. He’s also said things I totally support. But I watched his interview with Jordan Peterson (who I used to admire), the part behind the paywall and otherwise not available. He would not support Charlie. He thinks he can deal with trump in a “Let’s be friends and get rich together” sort of way. I’d agree if trump was an honest broker, ready to make a fair deal where both countries profit. But nothing I’ve ever seen will convince me he’s that kind of man. He will hammer Canada until he profits mightily and we suffer. I personally believe either PP underestimates trump (and the hateful elon), or he over-estimates his untested political skills.
