I went to my emails account, found each substack by name, clicked onto the name…say Mideas or zeteo etc. Go down the email til you see UPGRADE Subscription
You click on Upgrade…and ‘miracle of miracles’, you CAN then change and Upgrade… you’re given choices usually 3, choose …next you provide …credit card details or do PayPal, then you get Approved and Confirmation
