Let me put this plainly: when I was a practicing attorney, there was something called declaring a doubt—a legal mechanism to question whether someone was even competent to stand trial. After what I’ve witnessed over the past week, I’m using that same standard here. I declare a doubt about Donald Trump's fitness to serve as President of the United States.

And I’m not alone.

In my latest interview for the MeidasTouch Network, I was joined by Democratic Congressman Raja Krishnamoorthi, and together we laid bare what the corporate media refuses to say out loud: Donald Trump is not just corrupt—he’s cognitively collapsing in real time. Whether it’s falling asleep at Pope Francis’s funeral, mumbling incoherently about the Declaration of Independence being about “love,” or confusing “Harvard” with “Harlem,” this man is not well. And yet somehow, the Republican Party is blindly following him like AI robots programmed by Elon Musk.

Rep. Krishnamoorthi didn’t hold back. He echoed my doubts and raised even more—pointing to Trump’s sheer incompetence on economics, his fantasyland claims about negotiating with China (when China says they haven’t heard from him), and his administration’s barbaric policies, like deporting U.S. citizen toddlers without due process.

And let’s not forget the tariffs. Trump’s latest economic brainchild—slapping 145% tariffs on China—has already tanked freight volumes and slammed small businesses and working families with soaring costs. I mean, we’ve got soybean farmers and grocers who are getting hit from both sides: import costs are up, and export markets are slamming the door shut.

Congressman Krishnamoorthi described what he’s seeing back home in Illinois: the anger, the layoffs, the fear. He’s on a “tariff tour,” visiting real people in real communities who are getting crushed under Trump’s absurd economic policies. And while MAGA Republicans sit in silence in congressional hearings, refusing to even acknowledge their Democratic colleagues’ existence (seriously, it’s cultish behavior), people across this country are waking up.

Here’s the truth: we are headed for a reckoning. This isn’t just about one man’s unhinged mind. It’s about a movement, funded by billionaires like Elon Musk, that’s trying to dismantle democracy, wreck the economy, and rob working people blind. Trump’s GOP has declared war on Social Security, Medicare, Medicaid, and academic freedom—and they’re counting on our silence.

But we’re not going to be silent.

As Rep. Krishnamoorthi said: “We have to take the fight to them.” That means showing up, organizing, spreading the word, and making damn sure every voter in every district knows exactly what’s at stake. We cannot sit back and hope the chaos collapses in on itself. We have to act.
