The fact that Republicans are brainwashing our young people is precisely the reason that generational change is crucial right now! If you are like me, you receive dozens to hundreds of Democratic fundraising emails each month. These usually come from “established” Dems and party leaders, and the messaging is TERRIBLE, AWFUL, INSULTING GARBAGE, clearly produced by the same inbred, conflicted consultants who cost us the last election. Their only insight to young people or working people is as data points on another consultant’s spreadsheet, so of course they don’t understand them or know how to communicate with these crucial members of the traditional Democratic base. We need young people who have real world experience with economic challenges to reestablish communication with our base before it is lost forever.
Ummmm, that is exactly why we need generational change. Young people are the ones with the best chance of getting through to other young people. And young people are passionate and have the energy and desire to put forth change
