Of course it affected the outcome. Voting places were shut down while checked for bombs. People can’t wait over an hour when they have to work, take care of kids etc. That has been traced back to Russia not anyone in the states. As for the Vigilantes imagine you’re legitimately registered even voted in the last election. Go to vote and find your status is challenged. Now in order to vote you may need to show your birth certificate etc. Do you bring yours? Many of these people were seniors some over 80 and black. They felt like they were sent back when they had to guess how many jelly beans in order to register. One person in one district prevented over 30,000 people from exercising their right to vote either in person or failing to get their ballot sent to them. This is another form of Jim Crow.
