But, the “clickbait” video titles and breathless coverage of trumps missteps really started to bug me. I hope that the signs of a more somber, serious mood that I’m seeing on the network are of a permanent shift.

I agree with you both, and I *love* the “Meidas ecosystem”! I hesitated to share some of the really great videos when they started to look like something the Trump campaign would’ve sent out. If someone had sent ME a video with a gigantic screaming headline in red/yellow/blue, I would have ignored it.
I hope you great Meidas guys are reading these comments. Now that the election’s over (and before we’re all hauled to the new Trump gulag), an overhaul of the YouTube “look” is in order. More gravitas, please.
