The negotiations about the Governing Rearrangement of USA need to start so that NO one opposite party rules the people NOR territories, incl. Washington DC as the most Democratic-voting territory in USA, who/which voted for the other opposite party!! That's the only fair solution to everybody and it should be peaceful. In any case, tRumputinists must be disallowed of their delusion that they can rule the NONtRumputinist and ANTItRumputinist Americans!!

IOW, I'd suggest the immediate negotiations between Democrats and Republicans (those that, hypothetically and hopefully, can be conversed with) about the Governing Rearrangement of USA based on where, i.e. territorially i.e. states incl. the cities and counties of course, who (Democrats or Republicans) won so that the governing is divided according to the way USA is, factually, divided by those votes. The goal being that is all fair and that NO opposite party can govern/rule the state, city, county where ONE of the two has won!!
The current Pentagon staff needs to take Washington D.C.'s Capitol and all the branches of Federal Government until the solution from the Governing Rearrangement negotiations is reached. I know it's unprecedented but this situation IS totally unprecedented.
