I am Doubling Down No Matter What Happens To Meidas!!

Here we go. This is one of those crossroads moments for us. Social media and corporate news are suppressing the protests. We’ve been warned by credible sources we could lose sponsors and major sources of revenue if we continue to cover the protests. Our content can be suppressed. It may already be suppressed on some platforms. Even using the word “protest” could trigger the algorithm to shadow ban us. I’ve heard from a lot of you that you may be seeing less of our content on some platforms.

This is not a hard decision for us. We will double and triple down on our coverage. Any sponsor that drops us for standing up to fascism is a coward, and we don’t want them as a sponsor anyway. If we get banned from every platform, we still have this Substack to transmit the news. If we lose all platforms, there are tens of millions of Meidas Mighty across the world who will spread messages by any means. If we are timid and show a scintilla of weakness, the regime will feel emboldened. They need to know we will sacrifice everything for freedom and democracy in our fight for the people.

Things are ramping up. Trump’s fascist plans are ramping up. The resistance is ramping up. This is a historic moment like never before. We build alliances here and across the globe. We organize. If I refer to “music festivals,” I think you know what I am talking about. Right? For example, I saw some “music festivals” in response to ICE in Los Angeles. You know the code? There were music festivals in DC yesterday after Trump’s fascist takeover. I may need to use that code on some platforms to avoid detection. We will see. We may need to lead some of the biggest music festivals before the year is over.

I feel very optimistic now. I know it’s scary times. But I know that the people won’t accept the regime’s subjugation. Corporations and corporate news bend, but the people won’t ever bend or break. I will not rest and will not relent until I know my daughter, and all of you and your future generations, can inherit a world free of the scourge of the cancer that is Trump and MAGA. We will get through these days together. We will not stop our coverage. We will double down and go stronger. We will fight harder.
