Slight correction, the Valero refineries in the south can refine this stuff, they have been doing it for some time. Also, the CITGO brand was owned by Venezuela, the country was refining and selling this pudding-like crude. I am pretty sure they have 3 refineries, one in Illinois.

Chaco Canyon, Bears Ears and Grand Staircase-Escalante are under threat of privatizing up to 90% of their current acreage. This includes land sacred to Native American peoples. The private development likely to occur will almost certainly cause permanent, non-reversible damage.
Write (or ResistBot) to your Congress persons to act ASAP to prevent the loss of these lands from the people.
