At the same time Trump is claiming Iran’s military has been “100 percent destroyed,” we are seeing drone strikes across the Persian Gulf, expanding military deployments, and signals that this conflict could grow into something far larger involving multiple regions.

Meanwhile, there are serious developments—like the crash of a U.S. KC-135 refueling aircraft in Iraq that killed all six crew members aboard—that still haven’t been fully explained to the public.
