It appears that he may have been involved with the threatening of the girl who later dropped her criminal case because the threats were so terrifying. He may have paid her family off also.

He has been trying to get a pardon from Trump for months and just released a Substack saying Leticia James coerced his testimony against Trump. It came off as though Cohen is trying to get In trump’s good graces again. Also, recent Epstein file findings show that he may have known more about Trump and Epstein. I believe that both of those led to this decision.
1. A letter was found in the Epstein files, by transcriber Ellie Leonard. The letter was written when Cohen was incarcerated. The letter was between Cohen's lawyers and SDNY prosecutors stating that Cohen is asking for a "rule 35," because he has evidence regarding Trump and Epstein.
2. This letter also threatened Cohen's credibility, as he concisely stated he knew nothing and heard nothing about Epstein.
3. Cohen has been negotiating with Trump for months on getting a pardon. Trump offered him a quid quo pro, undermine Cohen's own testimony by attacking James and Bragg which he did on social media two days ago, followed by Trump also texting in quasi support of Michael, and attacking James and Bragg.
4. Since this letter has come out, with Tara Palmieri and other interviews with Zev Shalev and on Unleashed with Lev Parnes, Jim Acosta, Cohen had become increasingly agitated, personally attacking journalists who asked calm follow up questions.
5. Cohen is a pathological liar. He spoke endearingly (and unnecessarily) about Trish James on multiple interviews on CNN and MSNBC for years. Now he's doing Trumps work by changing his story and attacking James and Bragg.
6. Cohen, a multi millionaire, brags about how much money one can make on substack (Dean Obediyeh), and still lives in Trump Park Ave Tower.

He’s been berating his listeners for not reading what he writes. He states he was around Trump for years and then denies knowing anything. He has also been defending Trump. Historically from MC’s testimonies he had been noted as being inconsistent and lying on several occasions. Apparently there’s have been contact between MC and the regime… perhaps he’s looking for a pardon or something. Recently due to his reactions to anything Epstein he’s been pushed to speak the truth especially after that email was found re him knowing more in the Epstein files. Instead he published a piece stating he was coerced during his testimony and Trump responds in real time. Orchestrated it appears. And this could end up nullifying both their convictions based on our corrupt justice system. So it’s a big deal and a quick response from Midas a day after they found out the extent of what was happening and doing their research would be unprofessional IMO. They were likely blindsided by all of these recent developments.

1. A letter was found in the Epstein files, by transcriber Ellie Leonard. The letter was written when Cohen was incarcerated. The letter was between Cohen's lawyers and SDNY prosecutors stating that Cohen is asking for a "rule 35," because he has evidence regarding Trump and Epstein.
2. This letter also threatened Cohen's credibility, as he concisely stated he knew nothing and heard nothing about Epstein.
3. Cohen has been negotiating with Trump for months on getting a pardon. Trump offered him a quid quo pro, undermine Cohen's own testimony by attacking James and Bragg which he did on social media two days ago, followed by Trump also texting in quasi support of Michael, and attacking James and Bragg.
4. Since this letter has come out, with Tara Palmieri and other interviews with Zev Shalev and on Unleashed with Lev Parnes, Jim Acosta, Cohen had become increasingly agitated, personally attacking journalists who asked calm follow up questions.
5. Cohen is a pathological liar. He spoke endearingly (and unnecessarily) about Trish James on multiple interviews on CNN and MSNBC for years. Now he's doing Trumps work by changing his story and attacking James and Bragg.
6. Cohen, a multi millionaire, brags about how much money one can make on substack (Dean Obediyeh), and still lives in Trump Park Ave Tower.

I have never trusted him or read his articles. He knew much more than he let on; as trump’s “fixer” he certainly was aware of things related to epstein.
This happened for Meidas quickly and I hope they come out with something more at some time. This was a result of the email found in the Epstein files that MC stated he had info to share re Epstein and Trump to try to get out of prison. Tara Palmieri and Zev Shalev had previously asked MC questions r/t Epstein and he flipped out on them and deflected. He was on Acosta some time ago and was off as well along with others. He’s been berating his listeners for not reading what he writes. He states he was around Trump for years and then denies knowing anything. He has also been defending Trump. Historically from MC’s testimonies he had been noted as being inconsistent and lying on several occasions. Apparently there’s have been contact between MC and the regime… perhaps he’s looking for a pardon or something. Recently due to his reactions to anything Epstein he’s been pushed to speak the truth especially after that email was found re him knowing more in the Epstein files. Instead he published a piece stating he was coerced during his testimony and Trump responds in real time. Orchestrated it appears. And this could end up nullifying both their convictions based on our corrupt justice system. So it’s a big deal and a quick response from Midas a day after they found out the extent of what was happening and doing their research would be unprofessional IMO. They were likely blindsided by all of these recent developments.

That may be the case. However, I would expect MTN to state that due to ongoing litigation they can't comment on the situation. Otherwise it leaves us to speculate on what happened and that is never a good thing.
