Can US departments have "votes of no confidence" and strikes against their leadership?

Especially if their leader does not follow the constitution?

I far prefer the British justice system and the British style of parliament. We have proportional representation etc. Far better. We do not vote for a president (prime minister). We vote for the candidate in our electorate on his policies for federal parliament.

Jeanette Gower, I agree, I think the British justice system is far better in so many ways. I recall from law school that the system also has professional jurors , or was it just So.Africa....I can't recall....🤔
