I'm not fine with hour-long videos. They're generally worthwhile, but are they worth an hour of my day? Maybe if I had a long commute I could listen to two or three in a day, but as a freelancer I work from home, and since I'm an editor there's no way I can listen to spoken word while I'm working. Music yes, podcasts no.
