In Georgia, we are given a paper copy of our vote with all the names and the positions of the people we voted for. There is a bar code on the bottom that is read when we hand the page to the election worker to place in the scanner. We do not get that paper back.
Do you get to see your vote after you vote? Not in my neck of the woods. Same with absentee ballots. They are not opened until Election Day!
I can't see mine after I have voted, either. That goes for early voting or voting on election day. Her "friend" may suspiciously have connections. 💙
