W NC Rep doesn't even have a FB page, usually the least they can possibly do. Apparently following in the footsteps of last loser repug. What you get with egregious gerrymandering. Literally 0 effort.

I have left voicemails for Tillis (I reminded him we are aware that he is up for reelection in '26), Budd, and Edwards. I have not been successful at actually speaking to a live person except Edwards' assistant, but I have left voicemails and plan to continue doing so. Let's jam the switchboards with our calls! And I have loved the clips of the Town Halls!

"Literally zero effort" ........ and that's would he deserves to get from ALL of his constituents when their pen hovers over his name on the next ballot - before it moves on to a MUCH better qualified candidate..... but better yet, I'm sure y'all will show him what REAL effort is in displaying your collective rage in the coming days. Hang in there!

they don't have to do they? Maybe with enough pushback the voters will make a different decision in 2026 allowing for actual freedom instead of the pseudo freedom they have now.

Hope is important. Not fake hope, but factual hope. If that makes sense. But beyond hope, action is critical.

They'll continue to retreat from having to confront the consequences of their actions.

Which will eventually register with their constituents who are part of the base … may take time, but the seeds are being planted.

Unfortunately the seeds are ALSO being planted by this administration for an end to representative democracy, likely even before the midterms.

Very very true, and that’s why we have to plant more and nourish them every day. All seeds grow in darkness, but they eventually come into sunlight or they die. We have to cultivate this new democracy together. So grateful for this community of gardeners!

He won't get a FB page cause he thinks it will cost him money that he can pocket with fake "expenses" for himself

I basically quit Facebook more than a decade ago. They came out with a policy that any pictures you post on Facebook, the photos become the property of Facebook. What the H#ll? No, I am not giving you my personal photos for you, Facebook, to own. Family members post a little bit on Facebook but not like they used to.

Where did you get that info? The photos remain yours, but FB does reserve the right to re-use them. I've never had them use one of the thousands of photos I've posted there, so this doesn't bother me much.

I read that as well. Another reason why I, too, quit the platform.

Where did they post them? How did you find out about it?

I saw them. They posted pictures of two of my dogs with my name under them. They do that to have people friend the person. Other people’s pictures are on there as well.

Well unfortunately I have some older FB friends from other countries and states that I would completely lose touch with; else I would have dumped them long ago. Friendships matter. I just don't spend much time there. Luckily I never adopted any other site until BSky. One invasive app was already one too many. I didn't have time to waste on the others.
