So, as long as there is an Internet, there is a way! - and don't be surprised if other countries provide apps to allow us to communicate - in fact there are other apps from other countries that would allow for us to do that right now. We just don't use them.
And if all else fails, we go old school - paper and pen - delivery services in whatever form of delivery we have. People have been connecting for centuries.
