I came here to ask this same question. The ruling they just made has me reeling. It has huge consequences. Can we write to them and leave messages as we do our Congressional reps? Can we protest? This ruling, along with their initial ruling of giving Trump immunity, is at the root of the demise of our Democracy. What have we become? We are sending people to war zones to be tortured, basically for committing misdemeanors? My God. I keep trying to imagine that scenario, and it’s beyond horrifying. When did the United States of America become the abusers of human rights, not the protectors?
