I fear that since Democrats are congenitally timid....many catastrophic policies will remain as Dems just don't do the hard work of 'reformation'. Recreating the thing that effing FAILED is what they'll do. It a psychopathy.. The ballroom is basically only 4 walls, a floor and a ceiling right? That can be built in 18 months. And yes, if a Dem leaves it in place he is endorsing his predecessor. Idiot Biden would do that.

And why aren't other blue state Governors fighting back with redistricting?!?! California can't offset all the red states' gerrymandering alone! If they don't act soon, they may never get another shot at getting Democrats back in power ever again.
