Word of the day: kakistocracy

The word for a government run by the least qualified and unscrupulous people is kakistocracy. It literally means "government by the worst”.

Please America WAKE UP

WE the People are confronted with the reality that we live in a dictatorship 1930’s Germany has arrived This is a one way street It is beyond wait and see This is it

Now detention by Secret Police posed as masked marauders is the game and the US military is now being merged with the Immigration and Customs Enforcement Immigrants were the scapegoat all along and explains why Cheeto was opposed to Biden’s comprehensive immigration bill Corrupt dictator Cheeto was planning this Gestapo takeover using immigrants as a foil

Concentration camps are now bid out to construction companies to put camps on military bases

So what do WE the People do at this point

Protest Protest Protest and form coalitions with neighbors friends relatives family

Join Mobilize.US and make your voice heard in order to organize the resistance movement

Aug13 join One Million Rising put together by Indivisible to help organize

Once coalitions are formed then can begin to boycott companies across the country to demand that oligarchs do not run this country

It is THE ONLY way to stop corporate global fascism.

The historic global wealthy may be pulling in and guaranteeing their inherited wealth assets by funding and creating fascist movements, which will take public commons and distribute it to the highest paying private entity.

They have no need for democracy which protects the people, and limits private and corporate profit by their use of any & all means including crime.

Strike at their dependence on consumerism which is the jugular vein of corporate existence.

Don’t buy anything, and / or don’t go to work on August 9.

ALOHA...G.O.P. guardians of pedophilics...“Silence and fear is the tool of a tyrant, wielded to suppress independent thought. Instead of silence and fear, let this moment fuel the fire that already burns at the heart of this place. A fire of righteous indignation at abuses of power.”

Regarding Greg Abbott's threat to FORCE the Democrats to show up for their job:

Curious if they had to sign a 'terms of employment contract' for their job.

Even so, consider two amendments:

Freedom of includes the freedom to not speak.

Freedom from Slavery or "Forced Servitude" means you can not force them to work.

And then we talk about the nature of their jobs, which is inherently to represent their constituents and that is THEIR judgement call of how best to do it, and if their voters do not like it, they can either vote them out next election, or perhaps the State Constitution allows for a recall. Either way it would seem an abuse of power to declare that a political opponent has the power to remove a Representative from their elected seat. Wondering if even the Texas State Supreme court would authorize such a blatant power grab that inherently strikes at their job security as well. Who is to say the governor couldn't make some similar claims on their office as well?

'Freedom of Speech includes the freedom to not speak.' This is totally separate from the fifth amendment which says you do not have to give evidence against yourself, which applies even when in a courtroom or in the custody of the police.

"We talked a lot about how Trump is now using tariffs to try to accomplish foreign policy goals that have nothing to do with trade - the legalities of that, how he is doing it"

He can't do it nohow, noway. It's illegal for him to unilaterally impose tariffs for any reason -- it's Congress' prerogative, right there in the Constitution.

The emergency power statutes make no mention of tariffs. And even if they did, this is no economic emergency. But even supposing it were, it'd be entirely the Cheeto Bandito's doing.

Just to clarify a few things, as I couldn't sign in to YT, and obviously transparency is now opaque:

1. Foreign policy, as in India buying Russian oil, is messy and is Congress' job, if tariffs are involved, Trump doesn't understand the nuances or agreements between countries as you guys stated, but one can wrap their head around the possibility it becomes an OFFICIAL ACT, given over by the Congressional cowards, that the POTUS is deciding on tariffs, such as this, as policy.

BUT, please explain how shaking down Brazil to stop their sovereign nation's judicial system impeaching/prosecuting a former president for an insurrection, in 2022, is policy, foreign or domestic, any tactic at all a POTUS, novel or not, or Congress, is in any way, a US policy, deference worthy last of all, or just extortion as he did with the ICC, using the Iran bombing, I believe, with BIBI. Same, different or ? Seems all together wrong.

You guys stated go low because that's the playing field now.

What is Trump doing with the taxpayer/country/corporation tariff money and if he were to receive 600B, like he did a plane and then nearly 900M to fix it so far, how does that get communicated to people as he stated it's HIS to use how HE wants? So, he brings up rebate checks which is ridiculous but what do people think he's doing with the money he's getting for that 99% approval rating?

One thing I don't like about countries just saying yeah, yeah, for a win and to shut him up is here it hurts those on our soil and those around the globe he's decided to starve, erase, and otherwise. I get it but it will be interesting to see how BOA and Chase deal with him now, also. Same principle.

Apparently, the statute in Snyder v US is applicable to everyone, federally, except Trump?

Is this what The Robert's Court meant by immunity? Crime-ing out in the open, claiming departments belong to you and aren't independent, extortion, and now removing Articles from the LOC website from the Constitution?

I'm confused as to how to find out what constitutes policy and what constitutes individual will without the authority of the LAW.

2. Does the Snyder v. US case put Abbott's "bribery" talk out of the picture?

There was no quid pro quo, right? They went to a sanctuary city, no prior agreement, other than knowledge of what states are sanctuary, any form of hotel, food, etc would be gratuities or bribes? FBI has to prove a quid pro quo, correct?

How will the SCOTUS overturning the VRA affect all this gerrymandering maneuvering? I think Thomas, on the daily, should be asked to recuse, as a racially biased justice, reverse racism, who has already dissented to waiting to rule on this case.

He won't but it gives D. Durbin many letters to document. Any case involving Trump's NEWLY FORMED, IN HIS IMAGE, GOVERNMENT should not be heard by Thomas or Alito. Again, Durbin isn't re-running so document and make it a narrative because of their fiduciary breach to their oath. I have much more on this to say but not now.

3. Witkoff doesn't speak Russian, correct? I understand that any communication with them has extremely difficult to translate and understand, nuances, so how does Witkoff navigate any of it alone?

He sends Witkoff because Russia knows too much about Trump. The Blanche principle. I found it interesting that Putin's bro., stated not just Mossad, per Ron's yesterday or day before bulletin, knows "stuff" also, as I can't remember what the exact wording was.

What does that mean in relation to BIBI? Same as Putin?

4. I think the ABA, or anyone at this point, should send every DOJ attorney a letter to show up at a hearing time to explain, as officer's of the court, how it's acceptable they have lied to every court from the lowest to the SCOTUS, been unethical, that's being nice, breached their own oaths, or be recommended for immediate disbarment. That's not prosecution is it? As they enjoy the ridiculous immunity that Roberts has to answer to as it is UNFINISHED and THOUGHTLESS. I'm forever going to be on this crusade. Just thoughts! :)

Great show!! Thanks guys!

I always have a lot of too much-ness!!

The time is now. The line is here. Ours is a job to do. From New York Harbor, we heard the unarmed but alarmed Lady Liberty’s clarion call. I made us 100 protest signs, here. Atop the U.S. Capitol Building Lady Freedom heard her. It is Lady Freedom that holds this Nation’s sword .She pulled it, dismounting to lead us to the streets. They both pointed out clear ways without bloodshed: boycott and gerrymander. Yes, we can, Cesar, Sí se puede. Rise!
