You probably never heard of South Park before this. Maybe you should get off your knees for the pedophile and look at what's happening in the real world and how shows like this have fought for good through comedy and satire for centuries, or does fighting evil offend you too?

Actually, satire and needle-sharp comedy are the BEST weapons to use against a dictator and his fascist thugs. Laughter goes straight to the center of the falsity and lies that comprise a dictatorship and fascism.

The audience might forget (or...might not. I'll bet they'll remember the pomposity and falsity being punctured and revealed) but Trump himself will definitely remember and it will irk and irritate him endlessly. He's already a weak and insecure little man--every puncture will leave a mark and take down the ego, more and more.

Also...absolutely nothing gets under Trump's skin like being at the pointy end of jokes and satire. Steam comes out of his ears, catsup is flung at walls, fingers fly as he goes into rant mode on his 'Lies Anti-Social' and maybe, blood pressure goes through the roof. Personally, I love it.

Wait for the next episode. Jokes are often more powerful than anything else, as is satire, i.e. Jonathan Swift's "A Modest Proposal."

Yes. Here's a bit from Wiki:

In essence, Swift wrote the essay primarily to highlight the dehumanising approach towards the Irish poor by both the British government and the wealthy landowners, repeatedly mocking their indifference and exploitative behavior. This satirical tone underlines the absurdity of treating poor people like common commodities and products, and exposes the shortcomings of the high society's morality.

Much of its shock value derives from the fact that the first portion of the essay describes the plight of starving beggars in Ireland, so that the reader is unprepared for the surprise of Swift's solution when he states: "A young healthy child well nursed, is, at a year old, a most delicious nourishing and wholesome food, whether stewed, roasted, baked, or boiled; and I make no doubt that it will equally serve in a fricassee, or a ragout."

The whiddle orange emperor is upset and it hit him where it hurts the most, his self image and a little humor is just what we need right now.

Historically though, satire and humor have been used as a powerful tool to fight authoritarianism. It strips authority figures of their mystique and perceived invincibility. Not that tRumpf holds any mystique for me.

And how ironic that so many incredible women are showing up for politics, carrying courage, truth, intelligence, and gumption so far beyond the Mean Girl Tribe cowering in the Repugnican tent?

South Park is hysterical. From Kenny getting killed and covered in blood, (you bastards!) and the three eyed fish! I want to see this episode so bad. I heard rumors it’ll be on Wednesday night.

As far as Stephen Colbert, my late night hero, it’s a damn dirty shame! The TACO blimp is a dying soon-to-be-cadaver, very soon. The sooner the better! He’s even taking away our entertainment! I hope Epstein pulls his plug!

Paramount got what it wanted. The merger is already approved. That entire episode was amazing to watch. I would triple dog date Trup to sue South Park for defamation. He would have to show his penis to prove that they are misrepresenting its size. :) LMAO as I think about the possibility of that stupid idiot thinking he can sue them for that.

I would probably enjoy watching the court proceedings even more than the South Park episode. The defense could subpoena Stormy Daniels to verify the accuracy of the size of Trump’s tiny “character” that was depicted.

Errors: It wasn't Trudeau, it was Mark Carney. trump posted about the other late night hosts BEFORE South Park aired. The merger was approved already when South Park aired. CORRECTION: The merger approval was publicly announced the day after South Park ran, it had no effect on the merger because the announcement was already decided, therefore pro forma. The idea that *trump* is playing 4D chess with this is absurd. It certainly appears the South Park guys were, tho. trump probably had a major meltdown when he was told he couldn't cancel the merger approval. He's looking pretty dejected, that footage of him cheating on the golf course has him stumping around rather desultorily. Was Paramount holding its breath? No doubt. The manipulations by Murdoch and Vance are of actual interest.
