I think it was Jack Hopkins that said all kinds of tracking and listening devices could be implanted in the plane and it would have to actually be torn apart and rebuilt to meet the standards of Air Force ONE to be used. There would be no way to get that done before 2028-2029. The taxpayers would end up footing the bill to make it workable. Where are all the savings coming from??? take away medicaid, medicare and social security and do not ever tax the rich... When can we get rid of this leech???
