True - but my impression was that they did it on the printed files that were delivered to the DOJ. Much of that is court filings and depositions that are in the various court records. There should be backups and other printed records that could be released without going through the DOJ - at least that’s what I’m hoping for!

Democracy Forward is an excellent organization with a fantastic team of attorneys. They have fought for us in many cases like the birthright citizenship case. The FOIA suit asks for the Epstein files, documents, communications & especially ALL DIRECT COMMUNICATIONS between trump & Epstein. There are other things they ask for. They are using Bondi's words against her. When asking for the grand jury transcripts to be released, Bondi said there was INTENSE PUBLIC INTEREST in knowing about the Epstein case. This is only one example of using Bondi's words against her. This case is important!
I'm not sure whether SCOTUS gets involved in FOLA cases. I don't think they do. Judge Chutkin can handle herself against Trump. We're attacking this on all fronts. There's a discharge petition which Rep Massie & Rep Khonna (spelling) have started. Even some maga GOP want to release the Epstein Files. It only takes 3 to cross over. They need 218 votes. They will compel DOJ to release the Epstein Files thru passage of the Epstein Files Transparency Act.

Why have Trump and Alex Acosta not been subpoenaed? Both knew him very well and one was his best buddy for 15 years. They partied and socialized together with Trump and Melania, and Epstein and Maxwell. I think the three that are still living know one heck of a lot. I think Melania should be subpoenaed, too. She was there during the time that this was going on. What does she know and was she involved in some way? I, suspect, she knows a lot. She, also, flew on Epstein's plane. Where did they go and what did they do?
