@ Mike Hammer ... I hear you but, nope. Not on a bet. The guy has bad Juju. Negativity, destruction, and darkness are his calling cards. He is suffering from dementia, malignant narcissism, and a malformed pre-frontal cortex. Like "Yuge!" Prognosis: He will not recover. his pals in 2025 are using him as a mule--a vehicle by which they intend to affect change.

Trump is power drunk, profoundly stupid, and ignorant. He's delusional and oblivious to efforts (internal and external) to displace him. He's unaware of insider efforts to displace him. He's losing. Besides,"Who wants a POTUS who is baited by a tweet?"

Our farming will end up all corporate owned and those corporations will get the subsidies. It's a racket and we all are paying out the nose in taxes.

Do not forget the loss of USAid farm products, the effect of Tarrifs with Canada and all the other countries who will not be importing our farm products due to retaliatory tariffs. Then there is the 78,000 career federal employees who signed up to take his illegal offer of pay for no work through September 30th in exchange for their resignations. With the hiring freeze, the positions of vital employees may in fact be exempt from the offer, that in itself may be problematic for Musk/Trump/DOGE in the courts.I believe some of those positions may be unionized. We know how Elon feels about unions and Trump feels about the same. Trump wants to bust automakers unions, and any other union movements. Musk has verified actions to bust any union movements at Tesla. Where else will he push his no union stance?

This question needs to be asked. What kind of educational system causes people to engage in self harm? Could it be an educational system that has 54% of the U.S. citizens reading at a 6th grade level? How about an educational system that has 20 % of the population reading at the 3rd grade level. Reading is a vital factor in critical thinking. When you have a population where 74% of it’s citizens read at comic book level and below, no one should be surprised when they vote in people that will bring them harm.

Whenever I question Trump voters, I think of the quip used in 2016 as a MAGAt saying he voted for Trump because he wanted to end “Obama care”. Then he discovered that Trump was trying to reverse the Affordable care act, which he was a beneficiary of. He realized he was voting to hurt himself. And that is once again what those voting for Trump want. Lower prices for eggs and everything. No immigrants, not realizing how expensive that will be for America in lost wages, lost production of food, and other vital industries that employ low wage workers that even young, poor Americans do not really want. Then Trump wants us all to believe they are criminal, drug kingpins pushing immigrants or crazies released from asylums and told to walk to our southern border and claim “asylum” from whatever country they came from and who want to continue to commit violent offenses in America. Most fentanyl comes from China and is then driven from Mexico by white men across the US borders and into the American drug scene. Just Trump’s fantasy excuse for not going after the American criminals who are putting dangerous drugs into American hands.Tragic.

I just came back from the rally in Buffalo, New York where the temps are 20 and strong winds. Let me tell you, by the time I left (because my feet were frozen) there were close to 1,000 people there. Old folks, young folks, children, all kinds of folks. It was uplifting to be with people who have the same values I have. It was emotional, energizing and has made me all the more determined to stay with the fight.

There was one ignoramus who came holding 2 F--k Biden - Trump is my president flags. We quickly walked up to him chanting, Trump has got to go. He finally left knowing he did nothing to dissuade us. Instead it made us stronger.

I have never been to a rally so for this grandmother this was a first. I did this to honor my veteran husband who passed in July. I did this for our children, our grandchildren, my Canadian friends and family. By the way, one person was holding a Canadian flag and another person was holding a Mexican flag. A transgender and rainbow flag were also waived. We need to stay strong and fight the good fight.

Passports don’t stop the ICE gang. I was reading about a young boy of about 12 who was picked up in school by ICE. This young man is Hispanic, but is a citizen. ICE didn’t believe him, loaded him on a bus and he was taken to a town in Mexico. This young man spoke NO Spanish. It wasn’t until he found someone in the town who spoke English, that he was able to contact people that helped get him back to the United States. Passports don’t mean a thing to the ICE people. You produce one and they will call it a forgery. ICE is very much like the Black Shirts in Mussolini’s fascist Italy or the Nazi storm troopers of Hitler’s Germany.

Bernie was screwed by his own fan club, when they didn't show up to vote for him in the primaries. If he truly had such a huge following, NOTHING that the DNC or Hillary might have done, would have thwarted a primary win for him.

Yes. He's been mentally unbalanced and unhealthy for a long time. Mental health professionals were blacked out and shut down regarding this matter by the American Psychiatric Association back in his first term. See videos on YouTube with Dr Bandy Lee, world renowned forensic and social psychiatrist who also holds a degree in Divinity. Dr Lee is also on Substack. Absolutely correct! As the you may know, Lonnie, the American Psychiatric Association (APA) shut down all mental health professionals beginning with Dr Bandy Lee back in Trump's first term. The NY Times was also complicit in this black listing especially concerning Dr Lee. The APA received funding from the federal government and obtained brand new office space in DC. A corrupted out of touch organization with only about 6% of mental health professionals belonging to it. A complete disgrace to their profession.

Yes, but not nearly enough yet. I believe momentum against Trump, et al, will continue to build as he and his sychophants proceed to attempt to destroy our democratic republic.

He must be impeached and convicted in the Senate and the whole cabal supporting him must be vanquished. The Heritage Foundation, the Federalist Society, all nationalist white Christian extremist groups and their ultra wealthy supporters along with the billionaire tech broligarchy must be made to understand the American people will not stand for this attempted coup. We must get get for our freedoms, liberty and way of life! Keep calling and writing Congress. Demand politely but adamantly that your representative and senators hold regular town meetings. Join local groups in the fight and network with like minded folks.

We WILL turn back fascism here and around the globe. The People will usher in a new more democratic order. Please remember: it is always darkest before the dawn. Stay strong!

Marion Hochberg's avatar

Of course Musk has copies of our data. He must be pursued relentlessly to the ends of the earth utilizing whatever legal means are available. He is drunk with power and wishes to not only control the US government but the world to satisfy his own inadequacy. Unfortunately, he may be in the power seat for some time even if Trump is removed from office. Eventually, Elon will be brought down and ultimately fail. That day cannot come soon enough. An extremely dangerous individual to humanity who lacks any empathetic qualities. Should have remained with developing his cars, rockets, etc but is now off the rails. This is what happens when people with disordered personalities are allowed to ascent to positions of power. And, no, this has NOTHING to do with the fact that he may have Asperger's or be on the spectrum as he has stated. There a plenty of folks on the spectrum who are not sociopaths.

Was just pointing out that he's more dangerous to the world than trump is, because he knows what he's doing. trump doesn't have a clue what any of them are doing, and he believes they respect him enough to be honest with him. Two of the biggest egos on this planet, and neither of them nearly as intelligent as they'd have us believe. Our Constitution is doomed if they're allowed to continue their rampage much longer.

Musk’s “dark MAGA” hat - the one he wore at Trump’s MSG Nazi rally - features the Fraktur font or “blackletter”, a Nazi typography used in propaganda. You can see it on the cover of Hitlers deranged manifesto “Mein Kampf”. Musk is showing us what he is, but the media refuses to call a Nazi salute a Nazi salute. Musk and MAGA operatives laugh at the timidity of legacy media, too afraid to label a Nazi a Nazi.

Yes - and I don't get why nobody mentioned musk's facial expression when he threw that salute - is was definitely NOT "my heart goes out to you!"
