Denmark, Greenland and the EU cannot believe or accept that they are not dealing with adults when they deal with the Trump administration. Instead of dealing with Trump and his cronies like one deals with juvenile delinquent children, they are still treating Trump like an adult. Yet, he is telling them his plans. Let us hope they get thwarted.

Denmark and the EU need to do what US states and some other countries are doing and that is taking Trump to Court. They need to file a lawsuit against the Trump administration for threatening Denmark and Greenland, and violating the NATO treaty without permission from US Congress. They should be getting a good US law firm and filing a lawsuit or their own version of an Attorney General like the US States are doing to hold Trump back.

Despite Democrats consistent criticisms and outrage at Trump and his administration, many are hesitant about pursuing impeachment of the president, as previous impeachments are viewed by many as having backfired. Given the current dynamics of Congress, with Republicans controlling both chambers, any impeachment effort against the president would be expected to fail, and critics would dismiss such moves as a publicity stunt.

I often say what you said regarding what Jesus said (some might say commanded!). Jesus also quite clearly said by their acts ye shall know them...words (all that praising the Lord stuff) are meaningless without the actions that support them. I think that while they go to church and sing hymns with such emotion and go home and support pedophiles and withholding food from the hungry, Jesus ain't looking on them very favorably.

Seem to me it is time to be careful. There needs to be a way that you don’t have this information on your personal devices at home. There needs to be ways to hide everything. Just like the government does withe except of some idiots in this regime. It is time for our reporters to take extra measures not to let them do this to you and if they do they don’t find anything.

I use OneDrive at home. Just an individual. I'm not in any danger. But I keep all my important files on the OneDrive only, not on my computer. That way, if my computer were lost, stolen, or interfered with, I would still have my files. I am sure there is some way reporters can do this, and they need to. They shouldn't have to, but they need to.

I'm sure they can. Especially if Microsoft lets them. I'm also sure there must be other sources out there of cloud storage that are more secure. Professionals would have an opportunity to do that. As an individual, one drug is all I've got.

In every stage of these Oppressions We have quietly protested in accordance with the First Amendment for Redress in the most peaceful terms: Our repeated Protests have been answered only by repeated injury. A Prince whose character is thus marked by every act which may define a Tyrant, is unfit to be the ruler of a free people.

We, therefore, the People of the United States of America, appealing to the Supreme Judge of the world for the rectitude of our intentions, do, in the Name, and by Authority of the good People of this beloved Nation, solemnly publish and declare, That the People of this Nation should have their Federal Government honor our Constitutional rights and all Amendments; should have Court orders restraining him from further denying us of these hard-fought rights and permitting them to be honored, obeyed, and if continually violated, have the deniers face justice; should have him protect and defend all People in this great nation as his holy solemn Oath of Office mandated; cease telling lies and fomenting divisions among the People but rather heal our divisions and propose solutions to Our problems.

With a firm reliance on the protection of divine Providence, we mutually pledge to each other our Lives, our Fortunes and our sacred Honor.

I had to re-read and see how similar our situation is to 1776. I deeply love our country, dedicated my professional life to advancing its noble promise. I pray we get through this time with new respect for our founding values.

I hope WaPo is taking legal steps to protest this. It is chilling that they obtained a warrant when she isn't the target. Shouldn't they have spoken with her to determine if she had classified materials? You know, like they did with Trump.

No, Trump doesn't hate leakers. He only hates leakers who broadcast information about what HE DOES. If he hated leakers, Hegseth would have been gone after the Signal incident. Besides, as another poster mentioned, Trump leaks like a sieve, but to the wrong people (Russian intelligence, for instance).
