Trump’s Attack on Meidas Fails…BIG LOSS in Court!

I’ll keep this short.
By now, you may have heard our reporting that the NY judge overseeing Donald Trump’s criminal case and sentencing rejected Trump’s emergency request to stop the sentencing, which is scheduled for Friday.
Trump filed an emergency motion yesterday to stop his criminal sentencing in connection with his 34-count felony conviction.
Justice Merchan denied the request within hours, stating that Trump’s motion was nothing but “a repetition of the arguments he has raised numerous times in the past.”
As you probably know, one of the main arguments that Trump has been repeating over and over is that somehow the coverage of him by the MeidasTouch Network and our hosts prejudiced his trial and caused the jury to unfairly convict him.
For example, in a motion he filed last month, he devoted pages 15-16 and footnotes 5-8 to attacking us, citing episodes of our podcasts he found unfair, and claiming they were the reason he was convicted.
While we appreciate that Trump feels we have so much power over him, and that the Meidas Mighty are living rent-free in his head, his motions and attacks on the MeidasTouch Network are entirely frivolous. Justice Merchan agrees.
Trump’s lawyers had the opportunity to conduct voir dire to determine if the jury was prejudiced by our truthful coverage of him and the coverage by our hosts. Heck, during the criminal trial, Trump’s lawyers were even showing witnesses MeidasTouch merchandise!
In any event, Trump’s rehashing of all these old, frivolous arguments was once again rejected on Monday by Justice Merchan. Another big loss for Donald. A big win for the Meidas Mighty.
Trump has consistently tried to use our network and our hosts as scapegoats to stop his sentencing.
All of his efforts have been rejected by the judge.
Trump’s attacks on MeidasTouch have consistently failed.
We look forward to covering his sentencing this Friday.
Unlike ABC and other corporate media, when Trump attacks the MeidasTouch Network, we fight back.

ABC, CNN and the other mainstream media are not worth it. As much as I like Lawrence O’Donnell and Rachel Maddow, I cannot watch MSNBC anymore after Joe and Mika sucking up to the rapist criminal insurrectionist.
