Despite corruption & injustice, a lot has gone into defining our laws. The felon would like us to believe that can all be undone with a stroke of a pen, but it's not that easy. An appetite for destruction is not greater than all the real work that has gone into creating a system of justice or all of us that have lived by that, I don't think. That isn't to dismiss the real damage done, just that we can't accept defeat.
