Won't happen, as I previously commented in this thread. There is no viable route (at this time) for anyone to refer the matter to the ICC or similar courts there. And without someone doing that, the ICC cannot then authorize an ICC Prosecutor to investigate the matter (which would then be put in front of the Court to indict the person for arrest. And then they would actually have to arrest the person!). And all of that has to happen before the accused would face trial.
If the US was not a permanent member of the UN Security Council (with veto power), there would be options.
