Absolutely! It is against numerous fair wage and employment acts; it is anti-democracy, breaks a host of employment acts and guarantees .. not to mention Federal Employees are obligated to uphold and be in conformance of the policy(s), regulations of the Federal government, including and not limited to sedition, workplace politics, threats and acts of treasons.

If Employees are restricted and governed by standards of conduct, HOW can bosses not be held to the same rigorous standards? Incredulous over-reach of authority and an overly dangerous threat to providing support of regulations, conduct and transparency of public protection.

OMBUDSMAN - HATCH ACT - CODE OF CONDUCT - OPM DIRECTIVES - EOC - GSA - 5 USC 7301 PART 2635 - CFR ETHICAL CONDUCT OF FEDERAL EMPLOYEES - OBLIGATION OF EMPLOYEE TRUST (ECFR)
