The shunting of our antitrust and consumer protection laws opened the door for big business to achieve market domination to eliminate local brick-and-mortar or lesser-known retailers. Unfortunately, it is only the local stores that care about the QUALITY OF LIFE of their customers. There's no incentive for the high-volume sellers to do that because they, and we, are anonymous. ;-(
