It would not have been hard for mal ware to be installed into the voting & tabulation machines in the swing states before election day to activate at the time of the evacuations from the called in bomb threats. No one would ever know unless the machines software were audited & malware looked for in the code. Vote/ballot re count likely wouldn't find the issue. The voting machines are not connected to the internet so mal ware of some sort has to be the key to the swing states.
