Exactly! As the judgement said, “he broke the law”. As a convicted felon, he should be charged accordingly. Now let’s get that group of judges to weigh in on his illegal deportation of immigrants without due process of the law! And while they’re at it, let’s get to the illegal actions of the 🤡for accepting bribes from terrorists countries and for using the presidency to further enrich himself and his family.
START RENOVATING ALCATRAZ!! He wants the $400 million dollar plane for himself,…we can arrange for him to have his own private island along with it! ✈️🏝️⚖️🇺🇸
We don't want any of them in the Bay Area.... (but on a practical side...studies done long ago over the years have shown it would be prohibitively expensive to rehab that prison... building are falling apart & would probably need to be scrapped / rebuilt. . cells and more no longer meet safety and other more modern regulations; no sewage system (the original one was to dump it into the bay!!!!); PLUS everything needs to be transported by boat, back and forth. ... just to nip the "upgrade/utilize it again" concept in the bud..)
Agree - but it seems the worst things look for him the madder he gets with rage and it seems to make it even worse sometimes., i.e. the pardoning of criminals, etc. His response is always revenge, revenge, revenge.
Due to the Supreme Court ruling about having immunity while President, I’m not sure he would be prosecuted. However, he cannot KEEP assuming more power than he has. Tbh, I still can’t believe the Supreme Court EVER extended presidential powers so far.
It seems that SCOTUS is quite aware this orange scumbag has profoundly abused his powers and I wish they’d reverse that fucking asinine presidential “immunity” he currently has! They’ll probably say he was “unaware” he violated Article 1 Section 8 of the Constitution as a Pres. act he committed!
"The delays created by Covid, use of encryption, attorney-client and executive privilege claims were unavoidable, even for the most obvious evidence. Take the tweet Trump sent at 2:24 p.m. Jan. 6: “Mike Pence didn’t have the courage.” It was right there in public! But to present that in court first required the exploitation of at least two phones, nine months of fights over executive privilege, a 23-day stall from Twitter and two sets of interviews with at least eight different top aides. "
Before criminal charges are filed, everybody who has suffered from his illegal actions should file civil cases and drain him of all of his wealth. Then we can finish him off for his crimes. But the civil cases will go much better if they go first. I know this from first hand experience against con men.
It’s my understanding that the Supreme Court gave Trump protection from criminal prosecution. That does not cover civil cases which is exactly why I changed my effort to recover funds stolen from my parents. And, if you look at the hundreds of lawsuits against Trump now, they are civil lawsuits.
None of the lawsuits against Trump have been thrown out because of his protection granted by the Supreme Court. That’s because they are not criminal claims, so I believe that he is still liable in civil court.
Just understand that I am not a lawyer. But when I began the process of going after a con man locally, I was finally advised by the criminal prosecutors to go to a civil case and it was the best advice I ever had. We beat the criminals at their scam. Civil court rules are very different than criminal court rules. It was so much easier!
Now charges should be filed against him.

I think Trump should trade places with Kilmar Abrego Garcia in El Salvador. That would be Justice Delivered.
Justice would be, to have brought Kilmar Abrego Garcia back when the JUDGE ORDERED HIM TO!
brilliant.
I agree
Sing it!
Sorry, we don’t. Want him anywhere near the SF Bay Area.
Fair enough.
Understood and don’t blame you
Amen to that, leave him on the East Coast. LOL
preferably in the middle of the Atlantic ... you guys don't need his stink either.
Yes exactly. Round up this rogue regime and maga, dump them all on Alcatraz. They can all live in chaos together and leave the rest of us alone.
Not Alcatraz! More like Gitmo! That would be a dream come true 😜
How about the gulag in El Salvador!!
Or Libya, Sudan ... Siberia?
yes, keep him away from the SF Bay Area!
Yes 😂 I second that

Remember it was an unconditional discharge. That means he is still a felon and the charges can be brought up at a later time.
You are going to spoil Alcatraz by sending him and his lemmings there. The stench would be constantly there. Better to have him removed to Qatar.
Thank you Sylvia, we in the Bay Area agree.
Another good thought maybe they would you know treat him as they should. Off with his head
I Hope your euphoria isn’t a bit premature. This snake oil salesman manages to wriggle out of every tight corner so far.
Agree - but it seems the worst things look for him the madder he gets with rage and it seems to make it even worse sometimes., i.e. the pardoning of criminals, etc. His response is always revenge, revenge, revenge.
and I still wonder how the immunity ruling could play out...
Oh I like that idea. So ordered
TACO BOY suffers from untreatable, no cure possible Brain Fog

He keeps shoveling that meme coin money to Thomas and Alito!
Clarence Thomas needs to be convicted!
I fully agree. I can’t believe how many sickos are in the world

Biden should have taken advantage of this ruling. He could have done something to stop him and we wouldn't be going down this road.
I love Biden, but putting Garland in to slow walk trump's convictions also was also a bad call.
Sometimes you cannot hire a leader that is too 'By the book' and thinks with his heart, but the alternative at the time was this evil SOB
We need a fighter with a strong legal background and conviction that stays the course to quash the unconstitutional flood of damage 💔
"Garland slow walking" is a pervasive narrative but I think it's important to take this into context:
https://www.msnbc.com/opinion/msnbc-opinion/merrick-garland-isnt-blame-delays-trumps-election-interference-case-rcna141213
For example:
"The delays created by Covid, use of encryption, attorney-client and executive privilege claims were unavoidable, even for the most obvious evidence. Take the tweet Trump sent at 2:24 p.m. Jan. 6: “Mike Pence didn’t have the courage.” It was right there in public! Yes totally agree
You're not alone there!
He ignores the courts. He plans to get rid of them and crown himself king. Who will enforce the ruling?
WE, THE PEOPLE!!!
Yes even if we have to drag them all out of the WH. We the people more of us
Malcolm Nance called out for every Kamala voter to protest in June. That would make it the biggest protest in US history with 35 million people.
The People will enforce democracy.
Yes yes yes great plan

Can he be sued for the civil cases because of his immunity that SCOTUS gave him like a Christmas present, wrapped in a big red bow?

I sure hope you are right. Thanks for info.
