I love Charlie’s posts, but in his determination to express Canadian feeling, he & any number of Canadian posts neglect to say AMERICANS WELCOME! Americans (& indeed the rest of the world), will always be treated as Canada’s honoured guests. I doubt there are any Canadians who would be less than gracious to an American tourist. We love being host to the world & showing off our wonderful country. But not in a boastful way, eh 😉. But if you come in February or March, I hate to say it, but those winter clothes you bought probably won’t be adequate against a Canadian winter. You will freeze in that puffer coat. A lot of our winter jackets have a temperature rating usually on the price tags. You’ll want something rated for minus 20 to minus 30. Sorry. C’mon up & breathe some unbelievably fresh winter air & drink water from the tap.
