Thanks Jen.

FOX is vulnerable via their advertisers. 48% of FOX revenue is ad buys. Take away ad dollars and we can demand modification of the programming and firing of the worst hosts in exchange for allowing ad buyers to come back.

We make it personal for the CEO’s and board members of ad buying companies. How? Cost them their annual bonuses if they continue to buy ads.

Must pick ONE brand to go after and drill home how effective a mass public effort can be for two full fiscal quarters. One brand will do, other CEO’s will quickly learn the lesson, and by going after only one the public won’t get confused by too much information.

Involve every influencer we can find.

Involve Wall Street Analysts who follow the first brand we go after.

Research first -

How is the CEO evaluated and what are the targets he must hit to get paid.

Formulate a plan based on what must happen - supply chain disruption? Labor problems? Boycott? Promoting a competitor? Debt financing access?

I believe Progressive is a good example because their ad characters could be associated with those hate filled personalities on FOX. Do things like use video of the most hate filled statements out of FOX hosts with Flo standing in the background, for example. Run a banner underneath saying “Switch to GEICO, they don’t hate your neighbors.”

There’s going to be unintended damage - if we’re effective real employees will probably be hurt.

It’s a lot, and it needs organization and focus.

Creative opposition. All opposition is good as far as I'm concerned. Like Cohen, I don't know how much I'd go for it, be willing to commit & invest, but open to all ideas that align in opposition.

I like Michael but I don’t understand why he is challenging Nadler?
