I feel you. It would be nice to have one peaceful day without the headlines being so horrendous.
The press did the same thing his first term, all donald all day every day. Press got so lazy, they didn't even have to do anything except parrot that despot. Now they're back at it again. Some days I just skip it and have a day of peace.
I too have had to learn to skip a day here and there and to be sure to get a daily walk outside with the dogs for sanity.
