You asked why people read the Sunday bulletin less. I really can’t tell you why because I try to read every word you write no matter what day it is.

I just recently signed up for an unpaid subscription in order to check out Meidas. I never click on the videos because the graphics seem sensationalist to me, but I've been reading Ron Filipkowsiki's work and really like it. (Finally today I watched Katie Couric's long interview of the 3 brothers behind Meidas. I was impressed and now will try to sample the videos.) Anyway, long story short, I love this Weekend Bulletin, Ron, and I hope you keep it up!

I strongly suggest following Glenn Kushner. Interesting. Factual and he has so much passion for the law and amazing experience. It is fun to watch but he also educates along the way. I’m honored to have someone who teaches law at Georgetown have enough respect and care for his followers he spends the time to teach us as well. Wide audience. Stimulating and really fun. I learn and get a better perspective of where we are at his Substack.

I despise that animal torturer Ted Nugent. I never cared for his lousy music growing up in the 70s. There are way better guitarists than that jerk.

No freakin' kidding, starting with Springsteen. Speaking of "atrophied skin," maybe DT has amnesia about RFKJ who looks positively mummified.

Nugent put out a song called "Storm Troopin'", and he and I were over and done. That was 50 years ago.

(He's one of those people who can "shred" and thus impress folks with little actual musical knowledge or experience, but is not really a very interesting or creative player.)

I share all Bulletins with 7 other people whom I’ve told to let me know at any point if they want me to stop. None have, and we all know why.

If you stopped sharing them, perhaps they'd be more likely to actually subscribe.

True Debra! Me too! And I share with my friends, including a friend’s free newsletter. It’s a great way to catch up on news I missed, and get Ron’s take on news I’ve seen in the past day or two. A win either way.

I think people tend to take a break from this political disaster on weekends. Everyone needs a day or two of peace each week to prepare for the next week’s disasters. Perhaps that why less read the weekend bulletin.

Oaktown's avatar

Me too ... and on days I missed them I read them the next day.

Perhaps some people are busy on Sun. returning from weekend trips or catching up on work not done over the weekend and going to bed early; then the week hits them with more to do, so they don't try to catch up.
