That doctor (Bornstein) did not write that medical report either and he has since died with under-reported circumstances (no cause, etc.). He was a gastroenterologist - a specialist in his field - "The shaggy-haired, bespectacled gastroenterologist first came to public prominence in 2015, when he authored a note for the Trump campaign memorably predicting his patient “will be the healthiest individual elected to the presidency," which he did not write...
Now, why would anyone see a specialist if they were the healthiest individual ever elected? And they did report he has diverticulosis, which doesn't make him healthy - and I'll bet Obama never had diverticulosis, or even Clinton or Bush... but I have no proof. We know that Kamala Harris did not have it or any other major medical condition, which that one is. So, that doctor lives in the land where other people write his releases and someone just signs them.
